VA Accredited Attorney

Chad Maloney is a dedicated VA accredited attorney who brings a unique combination of legal expertise, military experience, and a passion for serving veterans to his practice at Goldberg, Goldberg & Maloney. A former United States Marine and experienced trial attorney, Chad focuses his practice on helping veterans secure the disability benefits they've earned through service to their country. His deep understanding of the military and the legal system allows him to effectively navigate the complexities of the VA claims and appeals process on behalf of his clients.

Chad’s commitment to veterans is rooted in his own service. After earning his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law—where he was awarded the prestigious Integrated Trial Advocacy Program Award—he chose to follow in his father’s footsteps by joining the U.S. Marine Corps. As a Judge Advocate, Chad completed intense military training, earned the title of Marine, and was later certified as a Special Victims Prosecutor. He tried 16 federal jury trials and handled sensitive, high-stakes cases with professionalism and skill.

Following his military service, Chad continued to hone his litigation skills as a prosecutor with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. There, he supervised junior attorneys and led complex criminal prosecutions, building a reputation for thorough preparation, courtroom strength, and a commitment to justice.

Now, Chad uses that same tenacity to advocate for veterans battling the VA for the benefits they deserve. Whether assisting with initial claims, higher-level reviews, or appeals before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, Chad combines trial-tested advocacy with genuine respect and empathy for those who’ve served. His goal is to simplify the process for veterans while fighting tirelessly to maximize their compensation.

Chad is a graduate of Dickinson College and recently completed an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University with honors.

Chad lives in West Chester, PA with his wife and three children and remains deeply committed to the veteran community both in and out of the courtroom.
